Hello all, MrPonytale here! I recently became mod here. I took the time to re-vitalize the SRC page and restore it to its original glory before the "coasterboard incident" :D

I'm ready to take submissions, but please make sure to re-read the category rules. I noticed that some wordings were very loose and broad, but now we have much better definitions for category rules and how to accurately time runs. The changes that I made were as follows:

Updated background to the old background. Re-added millisecond decimals to IL leaderboards. Updated all incorrect submissions and inaccurate run info like run dates, regions and final times. Updated category rule definitions + added overall game rules. Changed URL from "penny_racers" to "chq64" to better match the other game entries in the series on SRC. Fixed capitalization on the main RTA categories "AA Class Complete" and "All Parts." Updated release date of the game to a more accurate date. Added 1st, 2nd and 3rd place icons to the leaderboards. (Golden Q for 1st, Silver Q for 2nd, Bronze Q for 3rd.) Emulator is now formally banned from all submissions.

Lastly, I have a new category idea that I would like some feedback on. It would be a subcategory of "AA Class Complete" and would be a New Game+ version, where you may start with any items and specials equipped. I already ran this category idea and got a 16:58, so please give it a shot if you're interested in making this a new category!
