You no longer need to create a new Account each McRun. Now you must just ensure your account has no Grimace health save data.

There are a couple really gamebreaking glitches that may be changed in a Remastered version of McGame, I'll have to contact the McDeveloper first however.

Hey there Sean! There is a McError in which Grimaces lives are saved so whenever you enter the Grimace level he instantly dies if you are using a previous save. This could be the error you are referring to but if you have found a new McError that would completly change the McGame any% category. I'll have to do some McTesting.
