I saw a lot of new times on Doom that doesn't have Demos... I thought it was mandatory (at least for top10)?

Hi guys!

I noticed that when I watch my NOMO's demos, monster appeared (seems to be ITYTD monster pattern)... but not when I'm playing tho, only when I watch my demo afterwards. So off course, I hit a monster on the replay then hit the wall (and eventually die).

So I start a game on NOMO, record the run and when I watch it, monsters are in the map and interfere with my DoomGuy

Any idea for this issue?

I wondered if I'm the only one in this situation.

Currently, I am breaking my records and moving up the rankings for Doom E1 ITYTD. At the beginning, I watched my runs and I was happy... But since the Top10, every time I watch the replays of my runs, I only see my mistakes; I no longer have fun watching them... I still have fun DOING the runs, but watching them "frustrates" me.

Am I the only one in this situation or is it something common with SpeedRunning?

I just want to know when I need to stop my time... I read somewhere that you can do the time E1M1 to E1M7... You can just beat the bosses and your official time is the final time of E1M7.

If I choose E1M1 to E1M8, when exactly did I stop my time?

A) After I kill the 2 bosses; B ) After I enter the portal; C) After I died (post-portal)?
