Aloha! If you want to discuss a matter in a Discord fashion, please join Pelican Party Discord. Next, head over to Speedrunning thread.
This is especially helpful should none of moderators see pending runs, so you could ping them on Discord.
The Bibli video player has yet to load for me, it's been buffering for 5min
Rule: "Unaltered audio track with in-game sounds and music clear to be heard, no background 3rd party music muffling in-game sounds"
If anyone contests legitimacy of this run I'm taking it down
Moved to "AnyTech" for a few Floor Poosts near the end
Timer starts very late, thus I couldn't give you the benefit of miliseconds and rounded up.
Timer was started very late, so I've added +4sec and rounded up the miliseconds
Yeah there is. First occurrence seemed like it had wrong angle, but then on the bridge it's performed at full power. And later it's like 5 more times, I dunno why the entire run isn't floor poosted at this point. I've edited run category.
Could you update this submission to replace GDrive link with a YouTube link (upload video to YouTube)? If someone contests this video evidence for not using YouTube, I'll have to reject it.
Video resolution is under the regulated requirement, could you adjust it for next runs?
For lack of onscreen timer I rounded up the time to no miliseconds
Your recent videos break the rules of video evidence format, please read them before posting more runs. At the moment you don't have to reupload.
Same for run subcategory, your runs are AnyTech, not NoTurbo, as specified in rules.
Love me sit through Tombs verifying if video wasn't tampered, running in straight lines :-/
@EineVerbindung Unturned developer was only 14y old when he solo released his game. Age is just a number. Don't let it discourage you from learning video production. Binge through some YouTube tutorials. Keywords to save you time: OBS Studio (settings explained); lossless-cut Github; Kdenlive.
We await your coop video :-)
Moderation is already difficult. Moderator gotta account for all tricks player can pull out in post-editing.
@Cirrus your timer process in unnecessarily convoluted. If you're re-encoding your footage anyway, put in a timer from your video editor. It'll be most accurate.
I'm retroactively adjusting times to meet new "landing" criteria discussed in "first frame" discussion.

Since one of the forum discussion we had, Towers and Fields fruit runs stop the timer on landing :-/
I'm eye-balling this run to by 9sec
Since last "visible fruit" discussion we settled that timer will stop once player lands on rock or in water nearby the fruit (while it's still visible). Same for Towers.
Using this cool freeze frame effect over stopping the timer altogether, I can just playback video further and edit your time while keeping the precious milliseconds :-)
AnyTech/NoTurbo currently refer only to poosting methods used.
