Yea emulators are not allowed on the LBs due to big inconsistency in loading times and weird visual glitches that happen on emulator but you can do runs on emulators its just that they won't be added on the LBs.

It would be a possibility if multiple runners did the run :)

so what you want to do is having all 3 characters get their ATB get filled.Then you start switching with Yuna and Rikku together.That way ATB should always be frozen while changing and then you hope he doesn't do 1/3 chance of attacking Paine :P

I agree on most of the things like I said just about the timing thing I would go with Power on-Final hit since not everyone watches the credits and you can't frame perfect the power on or Final hit but I agree with the reasons why we should use Power on.

When 1 attack animation finishes start another one its just a rhythm

I agree with 1st change but 2nd change doesn't really matter because what we have now is X-2 NA cover of the game as the logo and what you posted is X-2 PAL/JP cover for the logo.I mean both works but since this is mostly NA leaderboards I guess it would make sense to keep it that way :P.
