Hello everybody!

Recently Moderators have noticed that Vickie's Topless% requirements were not 100% clear on when timing ends. We made a change to this rule set to clarify this.

The new rule clarifies that the timing for Vickie will end on selecting the appropriate action to have her become topless. Now some of you may know that Vickie is topless anytime she enters the hot tub. Since this is her default clothing without any player interaction with her we did not want runs to end up relying on RNG to have her walk into the hot tub or pushing her into the hot tub.

This new rule set change will just make sure runs will be more consistent, less frustrating, and more consistent timing.
