as far as i know, it's just some images he put on his stream layout and that he manually toggles after clearing a golden (you can see him do it after clearing 5A)

When did you submit it ? Hollow Knight has seen a big rise in popularity recently and your runs can take between 3 days and a week to be verified, depending on the number of qualified people available. Be patient, they'll come back to you :)
