Individual book runs are too inconsistent to be a viable category. Survival battles are the main inconsistency.
I know this has been settled ages ago, but to put a close to this suggestion, no, this is probably not happening. The main issue is how 6 of the badges are simply obtained through menu skipping over 50 times in a row with the correct word. This isn't fun, and only tedious. Getting annihilated 40 times is the only hard part about this run, which in itself doesn't really warrant a category.
As long as the game is still up to date it should be fine for run submissions. PopCap is still the original developer of the game after all.
The reason we use lawnmowers at the start is so that we don't need to spend sun early on defences, and so we can set extra sunflowers up. Stalling for a mower also helps as you can release them to clear later waves nearly instantly. Also yes, you got the principle of the 50% Rule correctly.
Well, a timer isn't required to be in the actual video for the run, so you could use Livesplit on a PC on the side.
Oh that doesn't matter, I haven't ran this game in over a year. The good old days of my Warpless WR
No, you get the Space Jump in the w1 boss stage. The other location for the screw attack is 2A. But even there, it's impossible to get to the secret pipe without pressing left.
You can beat Monstario Leftless, if you have a Power Petal, you can turn into a statue when he jumps, then come out and you'll be pushed to the left without taking damage. An alternative would be picking up the Screw Attack in Jolly Toy Factory using some crazy manoeuvres that I can't replicate anymore and getting the space jump in Jonah. The latter option would save quite a good amount of time if a consistent method was found to pick up the Screw Attack, since my route already calls for picking up the Space Jump. My issue with the Space Jump method is that you need the petal to defeat the Umbrella boss (unless you have a Hammer Suit maybe), so getting the Screw Attack might be completely unnecessary anyway
So, I've come back from my deep slumber once again. And I've proven another thing to be possible: Beating the game leftless. So I wanted to ask if that could become a category soon, thanks in advance
