I think its always nice to have a choice for extra challenge and it doesn't do any harm to the speedruns. Theres nothing wrong with adding new difficulty.

I agree with adding difficulty speedruns its not just for time its also for a challenge. Like if you wanna play just for time go for normal mode.

In a new game speedrun if they own the Double loot gamepass they are only allowed to grab one chest since getting 2 times the loot is a massive advantage because you get extra money to upgrade weapons to add on this if your account has vip you have to use an alt since it gives you 30% more exp
