Yo, how does it work if I’m to submit a 2p Any% or 2p Min Caps but I play w/ my hands n feet? do I just state that or what?

Can u hold down watever button it is on controller to speed thru the text and go back to the bed to enter the Dark Worlds? Also, can u quit and reload ur game instead of listening to the song @ the end of Ch. 1 for All Chapters Any%?

Yooo guys, I’m getting into speedrunning Deltarune, but idk if I can use Japanese as the games language if I don’t speak it. Is that banned? It’s not in game rules. i’m grateful for any and all help.
