Just existing mod preference I'm guessing. BillBull has been on recently, but other mod hasn't been on this site for over a year apparently.
Ow okeoke, i was just wondering me and a friend are making a spreadsheet of all the fastest dialogue, strats and glitches we found and we where like .... what if someone fakes it or something XD

But yeah, video is required, so very least there's still evidence of the run that can be contested if there's suspicion.
that sounds awesome ArkhanLight! Quite an undertaking, to be sure, but very cool to hear. I'm happy to see there's some interest in this game :)
Basically what Vriaeliss says is correct - I set it to "no verification" because I'm not familiar with the speedrun for this game at all, and haven't even played it in a few years. The only reason I am a moderator is because I created the leaderboard page for The Longest Journey when I did my run of that game a few years ago, and while I was at it I figured I might as well just make empty boards for the other games in the series. Because I made the boards, I was automatically made moderator for the entire series.
If anyone wants to verify runs and become a moderator, that would be awesome! Just let me know. However, since there haven't been any runs for 2 years it hasn't really been an issue at all :D. Maybe that will be changing soon.....
yeah cuz me and yuzie (another speedrunner) are making it and i introduced him to the game. Its not an issue or anything but its just interesting to me. So yeah, the spreadsheet will come very soon and i just hope its gonna be helpfull for people.
Me and him are doing lot of runs and trying to find anything that is worth time saving. But yeah even tho not many people run this we still wanna dedicate a good run to put on the leaderboard.
Lets hope people actually think this game is interesting lol
If it's not too difficult for you, submitting more runs as times improve I find to be encouraging to new runners. They can see "obsolete" times to watch how a runner progressed and improved their times.
As the other moderator besides BillBull, I didn't worry too much about verification when I became a moderator because its such a small game that the honor system works pretty well for it, and we could still disqualify runs that had big discrepancies if they popped up.
