It contains every imaginable detail for how to route scoring in RTA/TAS XS runs. I originally developed this for the TAS run, but since it required a lot of RTA research to map out the operations, it led to the RTA section you see at the top, and the eventual motivation to try and conquer the record, all the way back in 2019.

This is not a guide / tutorial, it is merely a routing reference. The TL;DR sections were written with me as the target audience, and thus will naturally be somewhat mysterious regarding what exactly "if long time" or "replicate single thorn twice then regen thorns" means. At this point not even I can properly tell without looking at the run lol
