I don't think it would cause any issues. If you run break the targets/ board the Platforms we use in-game time so it's the exact same as running on console. If you run classic mode, just submit as emulator

what about using Project64k or KSE, they are based on 1.4 but the current rules here (bottom final paragraph) states that 1.6 or 1.7 must be used, but then these wouldn't work with the auto-splitter provided here, so that means 1.4 is allowed too?
