After years of putting it off, I've finally completed an emu save file with a (nearly) fully-unlocked save of SC3. It has all classes and their styles unlocked, all weapons save the joke and ancient weapons (meaningless in Speedruns), and all equipment so fully customizable characters can be created. This file is now available under Saves, so now anyone who wants to speedrun CotS (on emu, at least) can give it a whirl. I'm not expert on transferring data between PC and PS2 memory cards, but if someone has those skills they could use this file to have the (nearly) fully-unlocked game on hardware, too.
