The loading time between each level is:

Level 1-2: 3.45 sec Level 2-3: 5.33 sec Level 3-4: 5.46 sec Total: 14.24 sec

47.47 - 14.24 = 33.23

Time without loads: 33.23s Time with loads: 47.47s

Mod edit:

Using livesplit times, the character leaves the ground at 0.16s and the run ends at 47.62s. Therefore the time with loads has determined to be:

47.62s - 0.16s + 0.33s = 47.79s

mod note: retimed from 33.550 and 47.790 to 33.620 and 47.860, added +370ms because the run doesn't contain loading into level 1.
