new to speedrunning just did 2nd speedrun with 30:31 TA what are some strats i can use to get a faster time next run

I highly recommend you watch this tutorial by Siblits. The video will show you the entire route and the movement. Here's the video. If you are planning to get a significantly better time, Loffs/Serra or I will help you improve your time.

Like what @Ringo6575 said, use the Siblits tutorial. get the movement down first, and slowly start using simple token cancels, nothing too crazy. Maybe after you get the movement down and a lot of token cancels, you could learn the SIC warp on top of the observatory.
