I made the following changes to the leaderboard:

1. All Levels has been moved to Misc. This category is located in the middle between Any% and All Medals, and is not enough to put it as the main category.

2. The order of categories has been changed.

I don't intend to make any other changes at this time, but Dr. Bacteria EX may be removed in the future beacuse it is high-score based.
