I have no idea exacly how many time it would take, but a japanese guy tried a similar speedrun. It was a 98 RTA. The goal was to reach a flow of 98 as fast as possible. He got a Perfect medal and the Skill Star on every minigame, and did nearly all challenges. The only thing he didn't do which takes many time was to level up the goat to level 200. It took him more than 11 hours and a half to do. (Here's the video : )
So I guess a 100% run would take something like 12 hours, depending on how good you are with goat's minigame. (Buying all items and beating all 3 Gatekeepers don't take much more time I think) EDIT : Well, the video can only be seen on Youtube so it doesn't work here.
Thanks for the insight. Yeah, I'd imagine the goat is a whole different animal (no pun intended) from the rest of the run. Perhaps it wouldn't take too long if one found a quick exploit for getting gold turnips or something like that?
You're welcome ! if such an exploit is found, it would be useful for some levels around 100 if I have good memories, because it's like 10 turnips to level up the goat and it's still pretty easily to feed it (But around the end, I think having infinite turnips will not help you go faster because it's something like precise shot...)
Currently it's true that gold turnips are known to only be earned randomly so it's quite annoying for speedrunning...
