Hello everyone, so I’m making this quick announcement because we have had some trouble in the past with people splicing and or cheating in their runs abusing this. In game audio is now required for any and all speedruns. Any exterior audio like mics are recommended but optional. Reason we are making this rule is we’ve had people who have cut their audio so they can easily splice their runs without detections. Also this will allow us to detect any other fowl plays and/or cheating. Music is still allowed to be used but please make sure in game audio is hearable.
This rule will only apply to runs submitted after this announcement was made so August 19, 2024.
