With every boss in PTTR, go for the head, except with the Pimp. The most damage is done by holding down left click with multiple hit enemies and facing as far left as possible.

The Biker Boss may only need one forward stab to the head in order to kill them. The Boxer is exactly the same, but you can exit as soon as either the power bar fills by 2 units or he ragdolls, the fastest way of killing him is to throw the machete from the bottom of the stairs but it requires some practice to hit consistently.

In order to kill the katana boss with just the machete and nunchucks, one of these combinations must be met:

• 8 hits (Machete) & 7 Hits (Nunchucks)
• 7 Hits (Machete) & 8 Hits (Nunchucks)
• 6 Hits (Machete) & 9 Hits (Nunchucks) (5 and 11 is also do-able but impossibly rare) The machete, nunchucks and knife will always consistently kill the katana boss unless you get literally the lowest possible durability with all of them. The Pimp (for +Saloon) will die to his own cane, hitting him in the knee after kicking him over, the knee is consistently faster than the head uniquely for the pimp, and one hit killing him is definitely possible.

Currently, the fastest way of killing the Prisoner is with the toothbrush shiv in an opposing cell from spawn (check video), then running directly to solitary, the prisoner (to die in a single hit) must be attacked with a forward stab as close to the middle of the face as possible.

Blackbeard dies to the ham on his desk in tandem with a tankard or bottle afterwards, but the ultimate fastest strategy is to throw the chair at him whilst still moving towards the ham to deal an initial point of damage, throwing the ham at him on its last hit is also faster than swinging a final hit.
