Why is Maliz_YT third in NMG All Tapes when they didn't pick up the second, third, fourth or fifth tape? I noticed while I was looking at speedruns to learn some new strats, and that caught me off guard. (ALREADY FIXED)

And I also want to know why magoo's third tape is allowed? Cuz I thought you had to collect all tapes and watch them, but by reloading at that point in my own testing the tape always re-appears where it was. (ALREADY ANSWERED)

For the first thing we answer you in the Discord server, for the second one thing if it weren't allowed it wouldn't have been verified so yes, it's allowed. As soon as you see the skip button after putting in the tape it counts as if you've already put it even if the tape isn't put in when you load.
