These are the "Benchmark Times" considered big career milestones when they are first achieved, and the players who have achieved them. Any decimal counts, even a x'xx"999. These are great times to go for, and are a great measure of skill, and do not require you to grind for a world record.
The Benchmark is determined by the 3rd place time on the course. If third place is 1'03"000, the benchmark is 1'03. If third place is 1'10"999, the benchmark is 1'10. What matters is the whole second counter. Recently added was the reverse courses and 1 lap times. If the player has achieved a benchmark, their name is added to the list. If their time is better (on the second counter) than the benchmark, it is shown in parenthesis. Names are in order by who achieved the benchmark first. Date disputes are settled based on availability of proof.

Hey guys, I am unlocking this thread and encourage you to post something if there is anything missing, or congratulate players for making a time that makes the list, or even changes it!
I noticed that Hayate's 3 lap times [that were recently verifed] aren't on the list and they're considered benchmark times on a few tracks. Just wanted to give him a big shoutout for getting for those benchmark times.
