Run was pretty solid. Beginning had a rough start, plus no 30 clip (went for it, but missed). 33 and onwards certainly made up for it, because I made very few mistakes and got a sub 2:30 41-52 for the first time in a pb! Sub 7 is the goal, I could get it with a near perfect run without 30 clip, but 30 clip would make it a lot easier.
