[mod note] Flatground bhops are banned in all main categories so don't jump at the flat floor places to not do accidental bhop. Also jumps without bhops are slower than just running with Shift. And wait a little bit longer at the start of run (like 1-2s) before you can move the character or his camera. It's needed to avoid mistakes with timing the run and we must wait at the start to load game completely
