To begin with, during the disrupt attack, if you want them to suceed you will have to show the map for 5 seconds, which destroys you're audiance rate.
There's also a glitch on the liberation night that makes you unable to go to ads until the clock shows at least 5 seconds, which makes it imposible to have a A+
So while I'm certain 100% A+ is imposible, I'm pretty sure that even in Any% you can't make A+
It's possible, it's just super hard. You name a good example in disrupt. It's true that it's impossible to have Disrupt succeed on an A+ run, as that does cost you score.
I have never encountered the liberation night bug and I've always gotten A+ on that. Have you tried the Alternative video branch? That might solve the bug for you. It's certainly not impossible as long as you don't have a bug there.
