Nobody was banned. His profile is active and his time is on the leaderboards, so I'm not sure where did you get that "proof". Besides, we as the game mods can't ban users, only website admins can do that.
Ewil he can view the website, forum and all. But He cant do times because to try touch "submit run" appear a mensage "you cannot submit runbecause you are banned". Please view complete video.
