I am practicing the Ghost Mode. And, I was using the 125cc and I got a 58 or a 59s Run. Would that be allowed for this category? Cause, It was in Ghost Mode? I want to set a few WR on here if is is possible and I am using a PPSSPP Emulator also. If that is another thing also. I am just wanting to let you all know what I am using also.

Which category do you mean? If it's IL runs then those are supposed to be done in ghost mode so that is the correct way.

I'm not sure if emulators are allowed, but maybe it's easier to just switch platforms since the game has a working PC port already? As far as I'm aware there aren't any major differences between versions anyway other than some missing music tracks.

Unfortunately it's not available anywhere so the only way is to get a disk version or find an "alternative" download :)
