I have compiled and packaged my Wolfmame for mac. It is version 0.220 for reference.

Firstly you will need SDL2 in order for it to run, it can be downloaded below. https://www.libsdl.org/download-2.0.php

I have left a readme in both the main folder as well as inside of the inprunshell folder, where you can find a sample shell script to being running and recording inp files. In order to run said script you need to open terminal and cd into the directory and type: "bash xmvsf.sh" or whatever shell file name you've created.

I cannot be certain this will run on your machine.

Also since I ran the build my self you will need to enable it's usage via security settings. Hope this helps more people get into speed running
