Are model mods what are purely cosmetic allowed?

Generally no, because we don't know if the mod changes anything like hitbox or not.

Sorry for late reply, but hitboxes themself are in the HKX files inside of dats etc, raidens HKX is inside of his animations file, which isnt related to his model, but i understand not allowing them,
