Mega Man The Power Battle Any% with Protoman for the MM7 scenario.

Overall much faster than my previous buster-only attempt, though I still think that one is a bit more impressive/fun to watch because of how quickly some fights are over in this. Laughable Cloudman and Wily 1, expect improvements.
