I've seen people play before TU69, but I've never understood how to downgrade it. I know that you need the disc version to go back to TU17, but do you need a modded console for things like TU46?

- download a version from https://orbispatches.com/CUSA00265 you must use your same region (your game is europe, use the europe game, you can switch at the bottom of the list), download piece, not delta pkg
- put the update in the pkg file
- make sure your usb is in exFAT format
- put all of this in the usb, the root of the usb should be like this
(it may have some missing files, they are just hidden)
This is so outdated @UlisesDev It got patched (from what we know), the latest version that can support downgrading is firmware 9.00 by jailbreaking the console Then you use any spreadsheet with old versions to go play them
