hey i want to submit a speedrun but i can't really record it myself due to my pc's limitations, is it okay if somebody else records it?
Yes it is, you can record your runs on another user's Computer or somewhere else, otherwise The Super Moderator that his name starts with a leter "O" would punish me for no reason.
Why would i stop saying "you can record your runs on another user's Computer or somewhere else"? Huh? Also Vietnam is not friendly country so every speedrunners who live in Vietnam they said stop to every people who helps each others.
first of all, don't be an asshole to each other please. second of all, (also a really late response), if you're referring to recording through spectator view, then i wouldn't really allow that since the in game timer doesn't go along with the person you're viewing. you're likely better off just recording your monitor (like with a camera pointing to it).
also locking this to prevent unrelated arguments in this forum (ex: drama in the disc) since it is not needed here Edit: disregard what i just said about using spectator, i'm dumb and realised it should be fine, just show them resetting in the tower or entering it
Now that Roblox has added the option to change your FPS cap in the settings, speedrunning up to 240 FPS is now Allowed. Yippee !
To Be Clear: Memory writing below 60 FPS for things like lag clips is still not allowed cause that takes external software
