Here are the main improvements that can be made:

• I'm missing a cycle in lvl 16 and in lvl 18
• You can go for a risky strat in lvl 14 going through the bullets rather than stopping on the wall.

Sub 3m is definitely possible, good luck to the ones who want to get it though! ^^
