you press interact (to remove the plank) and use the sheers at about the same time
old forum, but for anyone else who may end up having issues with this: i specifically use the shears a few moments BEFORE i interact with the rotten plank so they occur at the same time, since the shears don't immediately cut.
New category for Good Ending (Glitched vs. NMG)
Good Ending now has 2 different categories!
The existing Good Ending category you are allowed to quit to the main menu screen to manipulate the in-game timer. Additionally, you are allowed to use the door glitch to bypass getting the office key.
