How come the Duos, Trios, and 4+ Players categories are timed with IGT and only the Solo category is timed with the first movement and reaching the mayor?

All people (or at least most of them) need to record. If we used rta there would be way too many starting points, so we just decided to use igt.

@grnts this community has some special devices so the amount of POVs required is controversal, because there ARE cheats that other players can get away with easily
