Hello Runners!
I am cdrom1019, the founder of the New York Gamers Federation, and the brainchild of a new upcoming speedrunning showcase, simply named..SPEED.
We're working in conjunction with Elite Gaming in Syracuse NY to put on an After party to our local RetroGameCon, and are using this to create a test event for SPEED.
We're looking for some New York based speedrunners that wish to showcase their talent in their speed game of choice. So to get to brass tacks, Will you submit a run and show off for us? You WILL need to be in person in Syracuse NY for the weekend of October 11th-13th. If you're not from New York but still wish to make the trek, please do! We welcome your submission and hope to see you there. We're also pre-planning to run a 2 hour Sonic Adventure 2 LTA as part of this event. This is a great opportunity to see Upstate New York's premiere video game convention, and mingle with likeminded individuals, while wowing the masses who just want to see video games go fast.
