my account has been made for a week now (7 days) but it says I can't request b/c it says "your account needs to exist for at least 7 days to request a game" and idk why.,

My guess is that this issue has something to do with different time zones. Please wait several minutes/hours and re-check if it is possible to make a request after some time has passed. As your account is exactly 7 days old. If this is not the case, please let us know so we can take a deeper look at the issue.
