Probably my last run of Korthos Fresh Start for a while, maybe when a new class comes out that is busted I will try it. I was able to optimize by using the daily roll and getting the 21-40 roll. This gives you the gold to buy Byron before you do any quests, so you do not have to get the chest in the warehouse. That saves time in warehouse, along with Byron being with you to kill stuff for you in that quest. Time is also saved in warehouse by having armor on because you can do the Crystal quest first, where you put on your armor, because you have Byron earlier.

I think I might try to route and optimize Korthos Fresh Start Co-Op next, I think that would be fun to do, and harder to optimize.
