Just wanting to inform everyone that I found a strat today where if you hit the corner of the ceiling just right while going the opposite way from the corner, you can clip into the block and will slide up to the top of it. Idk how useful it is, as it's very inconsistent, but I've pulled it off twice so far, so it might be useful.

It can reset clouds, so it's definitely a very useful tip

I may or may not have used that in a run I submitted a couple hours ago.

Also I can't reply to your dm because my account isn't old enough yet, but I wasn't the one to find the portal skip. Someone in one of my classes (who is how I found out about the speedruns) taught me it. I don't remember his name or if hes's doing runs on here though.
