The only major improvement that could be made, besides not getting the Saint Talisman before Simbi (which would save about 20 sec including crafting the helm), is getting a Castaway Feather in between the main village and Petunia skipping Tom entirely saving upwards of 40 seconds. So a 20:XX is totally possible, but the amount of luck required to get it?.....
