Major Leaderboard Reworks

The leaderboards have been completely reworked for the main categories.
- The main rulesets for Any% (Any%, Glitchless, No RTT) have been moved into subcategories for a single Any%. You can find the old Any% under the Unrestricted subcategory.
- These additional rulesets have also been applied to 100% and All Races, meaning runs are now being accepted for 100% Glitchless, 100% No RTT, All Races Glitchless, and All Races Unrestricted.
Also, sorry if you've gotten any notifications regarding new world records, or your times being beaten. Thank you for your time.
Renaming No RTT to No Major Exploits
Effective February 1st, No RTT categories for Cars will be fully renamed to No Major Exploits (NME). This includes extension categories, as well as anything in Guides and Resources.
