Don’t have much time to mess with it right now, but if you come out of a diagonal drill without hitting the ground too soon and you don’t hold a direction you’ll keep the speed for a little ways. Probably useful in like one spot lol

You can also do a similar thing with the dash by jumping while dashing, allowing you to moove quickly in the air, save energy and keep speed if you jump at the moment you hit the ground.

And also you can fly faster with this, but the hover consume more energy than the dash, so this is more situational.
