Current WR by BrillianceTV cannot be considered legitimate because he used European rom with 50fps and accelerated to 60fps by emulator, thats why cutscenes before scoring and after scoring getting faster. Its saves 2-2.5 sec after each stage. You can compare it on this clip.

I did a comparison in 4 score screens against the same score screens in one of the TAS runs and I can confirm that there is over 2 seconds difference in every instance.

Я так понял что вы считаете что я сделал это специально. Но это близко непохоже на правду. Год назад просто сразу мне сказали бы что друг у тебя не та версия. Я бы сразу переделывал на этой. А так выходит что я год не играл у меня упал уровень игры и вы такие Запускай нормальную и играй) А модера у меня почему забрали? Тоже из за версии игры?))
European (PAL) version runs slower as standard at 50 fps not 60 fps, so should end up slower overall. If you try (in Fusion) forcing the PAL version to 60fps it will not be playable and you get stuck on a Konami logo (same for if you try forcing the NTSC version to PAL). So the ROM you were using had been modified in some fashion - either a PAL rom that had been modified to get past the Konami screen to run at 60fps, or another rom that has things sped up.
Irrespective of whether it was a legitimate mistake, running a modified rom automatically disqualifies the run from the board.
