Which buttons do you have to press the fight against Mr Hammer to skip on the controller? Thanks for your help

Here's original vid on storage glitches by Akheon (on console) The very first glitch is what you do for Hammer skip. Timing might be rough to get used to for the first couple of months but you will get it eventually.

why do you need the key combinations though

I mean it as psychotik it does with pinguin LT, X and LT + B
