Good to know that the elevator 4 RNG can change during a run. I checked channel 5 on the TV in my 3rd class cabin and it said 27, but it later changed to 26 somehow. The run still got sub 30 so I'll take it, but looks like even a 26:XX is possible if I get the perfect room assignments (elevator 2 for 3rd class, elevator 3 for 2nd class, and room 1 or 2 for both) so I'll grind for a more optimal run soon.
