It was a test run to be honest, I wasn't counting on beating it, but after getting good items and locations, I kept going. I didn't show the difficulty, because I kept on restarting from the menu instead of going back to the lobby, but you can see that there are 2 entities that are hunting me, meaning its on Paincore+.
