To be fair, it wouldn't really matter at all, as we can just buy a bucket and just use that instead, since we do not start the timer before talking to the person about the job.

It'll probably be more of a pointless nuissance you can bypass with 4 pounds. More IRL time will be saved if that rule is not a thing, and the run time will barely be affected.

Hmmm interesting question for sure. it also would apply to the patio one as again uses water to fill although there is a tap there using pee would make the bucket not needed

Having said that there is no rule saying they cant prepare for the quick job before speaking with the NPC so people could take the mixer to the site 1st and the bucket full of water to the side before speaking with the NPC. The only rule says "You must make the mortar or concrete after speaking with the NPC only"

Don't see how there going to be improvement on the patio one. It totally going to be on reaction time and how quick you are at clicking. I do a run later to show you what I mean
