So while its not technically an Arcade game, this has Big Arcade Energy. One of the few budget lightgun style shooters for DOS, A.D Cop was made by just a small group of people. They even managed to make an expansion set of levels called Overseas Mission. The game shows a lot of love and what you can do with minimal resources, its actually a lot of fun and exciting to play. Plenty of time to improve too, because the faster you shoot them the faster the camera zooms and you get to move on.
