I'm unable to find any great information or testing for this specific emulator. In general, mGBA is the regarded as closest to most accurate. I know it has an macOS release, but do not know if that works for an iPad? If so I'd recommend that. Otherwise, not necessarily against it, but it may be rejected or removed in the future if that emulator is determined to be inaccurate in the future.
