I want to speedrun SSBB adventure mode (Subspace Emissary). Altought i have a Wii U and an european copy of the game with me, i have no way of how to filming my gameplay. So I was thinking about using Dolphin (Wii emulator) to speedrun the game Do you know if I can do this?

This question has already been answered: https://www.speedrun.com/ssbb/thread/z7sne You can use a phone or camera pointed at the TV if it isn't bad quality. Look into a capture card, most games you run will probably require video proof.

You can use Dolphin to practice running the game, but the leaderboard unfortunanely doesn´t allow any emulator runs. On console you can play until a 2:18 without footage tho due to it not being a top 10 time as long as you can provide proof of the igt with your console. There are really cheap capturing devices like video grabber that can help you running due to them being made for an A/V-Source. Another thing you can do would be to use your phone or a camera to record your run. Hope that i could help you.
